Our production workshop is designed as a fully enclosed facility, effectively isolating the production environment from external elements to prevent contamination by dust, bacteria, and other pollutants.

Inside, the workshop features a scientifically structured layout, divided into multiple functional zones — including chopping and mixing, forming, frying, and pre-cooling areas. Each zone is connected via isolation doors and disinfection tunnels, ensuring a smooth production flow while maintaining independent hygiene control across all areas.

Luxi Food operates a modern warehousing and logistics system designed to support the high demands of frozen food distribution. Our facility includes: over 10,000 tons of cold storage capacity with strict temperature control to preserve product quality; dedicated temperature-zoned areas for different product categories, ensuring optimal conditions; automated inventory systems that enhance efficiency and traceability; and a comprehensive cold chain logistics network that ensures seamless transportation from production to delivery while maintaining safe temperatures throughout.
